Fantastic experience working with BTDT. Booking a 10 yard dumpster for our move out was one of the best decisions we made throughout the whole grueling process that is moving your family. The team dropped the dumpster off right on time for the day it was scheduled, fast and friendly service. What I really loved is they give you the FULL 7 days for the rental. We rented a 10 cu. yd. bin for a major home cleaning project. I didn't think we need that large of a bin, but I'm glad we got it--in the end it was about 3/4 full. Delivery and pickup were quick and easy, and company reps were readily available by phone. All employees were polite and professional in our contacts with them. Pricing was within reason, especially considering that it saved us numerous trips to the recycle center. Highly recommended!

EXCELLENCE...from start to finish. Erin was primary point-of-contact for scheduling. Nothing short of being on top of her game. Knew readily available dumpster sizes, delivery capabilities and set everything up in a flash. Delivery day: Driver calls that he is on his way. Dumpster placed on protective wood pcs to prevent damage to drive. Dumpster clean and doors fully operational. Upon notice that dumpster was ready for pick-up (yep Erin was on the phone and noted day it would be picked-up) Driver called to confirm he was on his way to remove the dumpster. During pick-up call, Erin asked if everything went fine as well as the Driver when he called. Billing went smoothly as was accurate per the website and verbally confirmed when initial call was made. *WHAT A LIFE SAVER* I was referred to BTDT and I see why. I lost my mom and had to clean out her home. I rented the 14 cubic yard dump (It was smaller than I thought, so if possible consult with an agent to get the right size for your needs) w/ 7 DAYS INCLUDED for the set price!! I was able to reserve it online as well as say where I would like to have it placed, if possible. On day of delivery the driver called me to confirm location and said he would do his best to sit the dump where I requested. And he did just that! It was delivered and removed with no issues to the yard/driveway. I personally, ran into some issues when time for pick-up. And I would like to credit "Lana" for maintaining her professionalism with me and assisting me with my problem. And I also want to point out that "Chris" and every driver that I had come in contact with had the BEST attitudes and were also very professional when I spoke with them over the phone. I was going through alot mentally and they helped ease my transition to get this task done. I highly recommend this company and this crew.
